Everything we sell, we first built for our own businesses — a live car-buying operation, an EV-charger lead brand, and a family of online licensing schools now in development.

DEVC Labs grew out of building for ourselves. Every service above exists because one of our own businesses needed it — and each one is labelled honestly with where it stands today.
A consumer car-buying business in California's Central Valley. The bilingual website, instant-offer lead flow, and back-office portal we built for it are the template for our lead-generation work.
An EV charger installation lead brand serving the Fresno, Clovis, and Madera area. The brand is live and taking enquiries; a rebuilt, SEO-first site is in staging and will replace the current one after owner review.
A family of automated course platforms — CA Car Dealer School, CA Notary School, Ohio Notary School, Montana Notary School, and dealer schools for Utah and Idaho. Each is built on the same engine: delivery, exams, certificates, portals, and renewal reminders, awaiting its state's approval before enrolment opens.
The schools, the lead brands, and the car-buying operation share one philosophy: specialized businesses, automated systems, and software that does the repetitive work so the owner doesn't have to. Client projects get the same treatment.

No. Our own businesses are rooted in California, but delivery is remote end to end — planning, building, and ongoing care all happen online — and our own portfolio already spans several states. Your business can be anywhere.
It means the repetitive work happens without you: a new lead is answered instantly and followed up on a schedule, a student who finishes a course receives their certificate immediately, a renewal reminder goes out before a deadline is missed, and records file themselves. You handle the work only a person can do — the trade, the sale, the service.
We do. Hosting, updates, backups, and content changes are handled as part of the care service — you request a change by message and it gets done. The point of everything we build is that you should not need to think about it.
